Memory Card Back - 23 Nov 2015

Okay good. I sent lots of pictures because I finally have a memory card! So this week was great. It started with my birthday so it can´t get better than that. The ward planned a surprise birthday party for me, MINIONS! It was the best and now everyone is calling me Sister Minion. hahaha and Andrew!!!! I cried and cried with happiness to hear your voice! Thank you for the video you sent Rayssa! Wow it was a grand surprise! I am so grateful. I can´t wait to see and hear all of you in just a little over a month :)
I hit 10 months this week also. So it was a week of anniversaries. Crazy how fast time is flying.

So this week me and my companion learned alot about diligence and obedience. This week we had a batismo all marked and prepared for and we noticed that because of this, we didn´t work with the same urgency as the week before. We still worked obviously and we obedient, but we were a little more relaxed. So we recommited this week to be even more obediente and diliegente.

I am learning so much everyday minha nossa. Yesterday was a day that I just saw all of my weaknesses and realized things i need to change. Sundays are the craziest days because of all of our responibilites. Just some advice for an innocent missionary that just wants to help the world.
1. Magnify your calling. It doesn´t matter what it is. There is no such thing as a small calling. When everyone does their little part, it is less stress put on others. So help everyone out by doing your part.
2. If there is a convert baptism, please attend. The missionaries spend all their time preparing this person for the ´´best day of their life´´ and it doesn´t feel very important when no one is there to support them.
3. Do your duty for the people not the numbers. Christ didn´t go looking for the lost sheep because he wanted a perfect 100. He went looking because he loved that little sheep. We need to love the lost sheep and not just want them back to have a better number of people in church.

Okay just a few things that i learned this week that I hope to put into practice when I return home.

I love you all.
Thank you for your support and love!

Love, Sister Jacobson

Guarabira!
